A binding contract between EDITIO ALTO and you only arises upon our acceptance of your order by issue of an invoice. The price for the products will be the price that is indicated on your invoice. VAT is payable by you at the applicable rate indicated on your invoice. Delivery costs are payable by you as indicated on your invoice. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. You may pay for your products by the methods of payment as displayed on the payment section of the EDITIO ALTO ORDER FORM. You must pay in EUROS as indicated on your invoice. The material will be shipped after your payment is cleared.
